James E. Baker

James E. Baker, 68, a resident of Payson, passed away Nov. 29, 2010 after a long illness.
Mr. Baker was an engineering graduate from Northern Arizona University and served as an officer in the United States Army. He worked as an aerospace engineer until his retirement.
He was a kind, dedicated family man who loved to spend time with his grandchildren and also enjoyed working on cars and carpentry.
He leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Diana Baker; as well as daughters, Nora Baker-Morgan and Amy Baker.
He is survived by his three grandchildren, Shelby Baker, Emily and Jack Hanson; as well as his sister, Bonnie Baker; and two brothers, John Baker and David Baker.
Funeral services will be private and Mr. Baker will be laid to rest at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Cave Creek with full military honors.
