Nancy Clark
Nancy Clark, 85, of Payson, died Jan. 10, 2010 in Torrance, Calif. She was born Nov. 8, 1924 in Morgantown, W.Va. to R. Bartly Taggart and Alma Taggart. She married Thomas J. Clark in 1945 in Clearwater, Fla.
She worked as a bookkeeper from 1956 to 1990. While making her home in Payson, Mrs. Clark was a member of the Payson Center for Spiritual Awareness and the Welcome Wagon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Thomas J. Clark.
Mrs. Clark is survived by daughter, Cynthia Watson; son, Thomas H. Clark; two grandchildren, Lauren and Christen Watson; and brothers, Bart Taggart and Robert Taggart.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 14 at the Payson Center for Spiritual Awareness, 107 W. Wade Lane. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery.
