Jack R. Thomas, born Aug. 16, 1941, passed peacefully on June 6, 2011, following a massive stroke suffered May 29, 2011.
Mr. Thomas was a fun-loving, good-hearted gentleman, who was at peace with himself and the Lord.
“He will be truly missed by family members and many friends in Arizona and Illinois,” writes his loved ones.
At his request, no services were held.
