1957 - 2012
Jeff Johnston was taken from us suddenly in the early morning hours of July 15 2012. He was born May 4, 1957 in Saginaw, Mich. He moved with his family in 1960 to Phoenix.
He graduated from Washington High School in 1975. After high school he worked as a lab technician in the dental arts field and started his own company, “Lone Tooth Dental” in 1980.
In 2004, Mr. Johnston relocated his business to Payson. He was supported by a number of local dentists, who appreciated his fairness and quality workmanship.
He loved travel and time on his quad in the outdoors. While in Payson, Mr. Johnston made many friends and hosted a popular card game at his home (Raccoon Hilton) for many of them.
Life will not be the same for those he leaves behind, including his mother, Norma of Payson; brother, Bob and wife Leslie from Sacramento, Calif.; brother, Phil and wife Tina from Mesa; sister, Sheila from Surprise; nieces Stephanie, Angela, Jessica, Krystal, Jordan, Caitlin and Haley; and nephews, Cole, Chad, Josh, Austin J. and Austin D; as well as aunts and uncles.
A memorial for Mr. Johnston is being planned for sometime in the near future and will be announced as soon as details become available.
