Nestled in a ring
Of mountains
With wildlife, trees, and
Parks with fountains
With balmy winds
And bright sunshine
Javelina and elk wander
Through the pine
And all the people
In every store
Will bend over backwards
For you, and more
It’s all of this, and in the end
Payson’s more than a town
Payson is a friend
So walk down the street
And tell everyone you see
That Paradise is spelled
