Shirley Ann Nay
September 17, 1948 - June 18, 2012
Shirley Ann Nay passed away June 18, 2012. She was born Sept. 17, 1948 in Minneapolis, Minn.
Mrs. Nay lived most of her life in Arizona where she raised her family. She and her husband retired to Payson, where she enjoyed gardening, something she loved her whole life.
She excelled in many talents and abilities, but her passion was drawing and she was a great artist.
Mrs. Nay, or as her four grandsons called her, “Granny Goose,” will be forever missed by everyone as a wife, mother, mother in-law, sister, aunt and a dear friend to all.
Mrs. Nay is survived by her loving husband Ray Nay; two sons; daughter in-law; grandsons, Todd Sayer, Donovan and Traci Sayer, Derick, Rusty, Tanner and Ty Sayer; her sister, Bonnie Bailey; and her brother, Roger Granzow.
Services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 23 at the Rock of Ages Lutheran Church, 204 W. Airport Rd., Payson.
