Payson Police Sgt. John Heflin shows Peggy Hasty the gun locks the
police department gave out free at Wal-Mart Monday. The effort is
part of Project ChildSafe, a program that teaches safe storage and
handling of firearms. "We want to keep handguns safe from
children," Heflin said.
