Payson native John Franklin was sworn in yesterday by Magistrate
Judge Ronnie McDaniel as the newest Deputy Gila County Attorney.
Franklin, who has worked quietly behind the scenes at the county
attorney's office for the past two years, no longer has to sit on
the sidelines in court.
