The Rim country's economy grew in 2004. Ten years ago,
single-family housing construction values totaled $955,000. In
2004, that number increased to $3.1 million. An active housing
market has given property values stability. "Manufactured homes are
not depreciating," said Paul Bates of ERA Young Realty &
Investment. "Buyers are paying full price."
