Chief Probation Officer for the Superior Court of Gila County
Hellen J. Carter said, a minor who is truant from school, runs away
from home, consumes alcohol, is involved in a nonfelony traffic
violation or is incorrigible can be convicted of age-based offenses
commonly called "status offenses."
