Gov. Janet Napolitano points out a statue of an angel during a tour
of the capitol by the Tonto Apache Tribal Youth Council, including,
at right, Justin Johnson. The young people were in Phoenix Dec. 29
for the appointment of Jack Jackson Jr. as the new Executive
Director for the Commission on Indian Affairs.
