The Bartletts' primary team from hospice are Linda Thurman, RN, and
social worker Kathy Vance. They also have a hospice volunteer,
Bruce James, who visits regularly, certified nursing assistant
Teresa Fender (pictured) and a minister, Pastor Lynn Richie.
