County Sheriff's Deputy David Horning and GCSO Sgt. Craig Smith
(above) question Anna Avena, 51, about shots being fired from a
vehicle Thursday afternoon, while PPD officer Jesse Davies ( below)
guards Jack Fisher, 40, who was also questioned about the incident.
Police officers questioned the two outside the Payson Pizza Hut
Monday.
