Heather Barnett was promoted to staff sgt. with the Civil Air
Patrol in a February ceremony. At the same ceremony, her brother,
Preston, and fellow cadet Caleb Jackson, earned their first stripes
as airmen. Pictured with Heather are Cadet Commander Dane Silva,
