Woods Canyon Lake still harbors hungry rainbow trout, survivors from the summer stocking. Moreover, brown trout are just finishing their spawn on the creek at the north end of the lake. Fishing is termed “fair to good.” Although the Rim lakes are no longer being stocked, fall still provides lots of good fishing opportunities.
