A Home Party plan day will be held Saturday, Nov. 8 at the Senior Circle, 215 N. Beeline Highway. Persons who have Home Parties and would like to display their merchandise are welcome to do so. The event also is open to those who want to do some early holiday shopping. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, call (928) 472-9290.

First Friday boasts scarecrow contest
Payson Main Street Merchants Guild will host the first annual Scarecrow Contest to benefit the Payson St. Vincent De Paul Food Bank.
