With a face like that, this nurse could scare the sickness right out of you, especially during the Trunk-or-Treat event conducted on Halloween at Rumsey Park by the Payson Parks and Recreation Department. Becky Hatfield, an employee at Payson Regional Medical Center, was the person behind the mask.
