Dick Wolfe wears many hats. The former law enforcement officer and Payson councilman and vice mayor is active in a number of community projects, most notably the construction of the replica of the Zane Grey cabin, but one of his greatest loves is working with sterling silver and gems, creating a variety of jewelry for both women and men.
