Bob and Shirley Brill of Payson are proud to announce the accomplishment of their son, Michael Brill. The younger Mr. Brill graduated from the Washington State Basic Law Enforcement Academy Sept. 23, 2008 with three exceptional awards. He will be an officer with the Seattle Police Department. Mr. and Mrs. Brill have resided in Payson for 16 years. Their son and his wife, Sara, have made their home in the Seattle area for six years.
