Jazz vocalist Delphine Cortez will be the featured artist at the Sunday, Aug. 9 concert at the Payson Community Presbyterian Church, 800 W. Main, Payson. She will perform with special guest Joel Robin on piano, Tony Vacca on saxophone and Gerry Reynolds on drums.
