The Rim Country Rotary-Payson honored the November Student of the Month, Justin Richardson, with a Certificate of Merit and a check for $50 during a recognition ceremony at the club’s Nov. 19 meeting. Justin was chosen as a representative of the Culinary Arts Program at Payson High School. He currently works as a line cook at Gerardo’s Italian Bistro and he plans to attend college in Colorado where he will learn to become a professional chef.
