Wilderness First Aid certification course
The Payson Parks and Recreation Department will present the American Red Cross Wilderness First Aid certification course from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 28 and March 1. This course teaches the skills needed to survive in an emergency medical situation until help is available, such as mountaineering, first aid administration in the wilderness, help signals, and dealing with weather conditions.
