Mountain bike enthusiasts met at Tiny’s Restaurant to listen to Kelly and Collins Bishop of the International Mountain Bike Association to learn about building sustainable trails in the Payson area. After the presentations, classes were conducted in Rumsey Park to assess the building of a bike trail.
