Ted Pettet and his wife, Lillian, listen as Gary Barcom of the Mogollon Sporting Association announces that the MSA will offer two $2,000 scholarships to a pair of Payson High School graduates. The scholarships were named in Pettet’s honor because of his many contributions to the town and school district.
