Beginning and experienced writers can explore history writing at a workshop Saturday, Jan. 24 at the Payson Public Library, 328 N. McLane Road. Sponsored by Arizona Press Women, the program is from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and features Jayne Peace-Pyle, Gail Hearne and Kay Keplinger. The public is welcome to attend. Participants will learn how to write and publish history books, historical fiction, articles and family histories. A contribution of $10 is requested, which includes light refreshments.
