The Rim Country Rotary Club of Payson was pleased to have Chelsea Smith as the Student of the Month for May. Chelsea was chosen by the faculty and staff of Payson Center for Success High School for this honor. Chelsea was able to finish two years of high school in one year, and she now plans to attend Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado in preparation for a career in biomedical engineering.
