Celebrate autumn with artists during the First Friday celebration from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Nov. 6 on Historic Main Street. The First Friday event will have artist Curt Harp (work above) at Artists of the Rim Gallery, while Glenda Roark and Jeff Wiles will be featured at Down the Street Art Gallery. The event also kicks off the Main Street Merchants Guild’s second annual Scarecrow Contest. (See details in the Nov. 4 Rim Review.)
