Maurita Strait feeds her horses Cutie Pie (above) and Flicka Wednesday afternoon after finding them roaming in a neighbor’s yard. Straight was forced to set the horses free Sunday with the fire approaching. Firefighters found the horses, corralled them into the yard and gave them water.
