Rodeo fun abounds around Payson this weekend. Head out to the Payson Event Center where the Tough Enough to Wear Pink rodeo performance starts at 7 p.m. tonight, and then go over to the Oxbow for a rodeo dance with live music inside and out at 9 p.m. Get down to Historic Main Street for the 9 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 21 rodeo parade, Ridin’ & Ropin’ with nearly 60 entries, several with multiple participants. Rodeo action continues at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Payson Event Center, where there will be a special patriotic tribute at the evening show. Then kick up your heels to more music at the Oxbow at 9 p.m. And then round out the weekend at the 1 p.m. show, Sunday, Aug. 22, featuring a special family celebration at the Payson Event Center.
