Republicans pick Sylvia Allan for senate race

She will face Independent Tom O'Halleran in November

Today the Republican Precinct Committeemen of Legislative District Six picked Navajo County Supervisors Sylvia Allen to appear on the general election ballots as the Republican nominee to fill the senate seat left vacant by the Aug. 12 death of Senator Chester Crandell, who fell as a result of a fall from a horse.
