Michael and Lisa Faircloth of Payson will celebrate a Valentine’s anniversary Feb. 14. The couple makes their home in Ox Bow Estates and have six children: Ivan, Melissa, Nate, Nicole, Lucas and Demi. Mr. Faircloth is a manager with the Boeing Company and Mrs. Faircloth is an agent with Scottsdale Insurance.

Ever Figueroa scored nine points and dished out nine assists in the Longhorns’ most recent meeting with the St. Johns Redskins. The final score was 60-55 in the Redskins’ favor.

Gila Community College in Payson will present a concert by the Mt. Vernon Chamber Players at 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 12. The program will be in the college’s community room and is offered to the residents of the Rim Country free of charge. The Payson GCC campus is at 201 N. Mud Springs Road. Members of the group are Cecilia Cho, piano; Anthony Arnone, cello; and Kate Hamilton, viola. The concert will feature the works of Brahms and Mozart, as well as Ralph Vaughn Williams and Zoltan Kodaly.
The new Payson Stake Presidency includes First Counselor Christopher J. LeSueur, Stake President David B. Cluff, and Second Counselor Gordon H. Gartner.
While Kelly normally recovers chairs with one only fabric, his business partner Richard Pariello, has perfected a new style of reupholstery for chairs using a kaleidoscope of fabric scraps as on this recliner.
