Celebrate the great Dr. Seuss at the Payson Public Library, 328 N. McLane Road, starting at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 2. Enjoy a hot dog supper between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. for just $1 per plate, and then settle in for some fun at 6:30 p.m. and hear The Cat in The Hat and meet the new Payson Dr. Seuss, Harry Kuperberg. There will also be activities and prizes. The Pine Libary celebrates Dr. Seuss’ birthday on March 6. Right now it is closed while the move is made into the new children’s room. A grand re-opening will be held from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., March 6 with the Dr. Seuss Celebration and Clifford the Big Red Dog.
