The annual Black & White Ball is Saturday, Jan. 16 at the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino. The formal event raises funds to help Rim Country dialysis patients with costs for their health care and treatment not covered by insurance. Presented by the Mogollon Health Alliance, the cost is $200 per person or $1,500 for a table. Doors open at 5 p.m., with dinner at 5:45 p.m. Music for dancing will be provided by the Sonoran Swing Band. There will be contests, gifts for every guest and a drawing for a 14-karat white gold and diamond ladder necklace donated by Payson Jewelers. For more information, contact the MHA at (928) 472-2588.
