Bob Close stocks the shelves at the St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank. In addition to food, St. Vincent de Paul also provides financial assistance to residents who have fallen on tough times. Unfortunately, with the recession, the organization’s bank balance has dwindled.
Zumba, the fast-moving dance exercise, is a big hit at the Senior Circle. The class is offered five times a week, including an early evening class at 5:30 p.m. Thursdays. The Thursday class is open to Healthy Women members, as well as Senior Circle members. Call (928) 472-9290 for details.
