Mount Cross Lutheran Church invites students and teachers in the community to attend services Sunday, July 25 to have their school backpacks blessed for the coming school year. This has become an ongoing tradition at Mount Cross and is offered at the 8:30 a.m. traditional service as well as the 10:30 a.m. contemporary service. Mount Cross is located at 601 E. Highway 260, just east of Safeway.

Rim Country Lanes and the Payson Police Department have combined forces for the 6th Annual “Say No To Drugs, Say Yes To Bowling” program. The proceeds will benefit the DARE program, with 50 cents from each paid game going to support DARE.
