Chioya Hill, surrounded by Desert Edge Scorpions, takes a leaping shot at the basket in the Nov. 19 scrimmage in Wilson Dome. The Lady Horns’ first game of the season is tonight at 6 p.m. in the dome against the Winslow Bulldogs.

The 2010-2011 Lady Longhorns basketball team will feature a blend of veteran leadership, several younger players up from last season’s junior varsity, a promising newcomer and one standout freshman all led by second-year head coach Kelly Krieg.
