Offensive lineman Jake Gonzales was a first team All-East selection. Region coaches chose the squad at the conclusion of the regular season.

The state football title has been decided and coaches have released the results of the All-East team voting. Payson, which finished 5-6 overall and 2-3 in the region, had two players chosen first team offense, three named second team defense, two on the second team offense and two second team defense.
