October 8, 2010
The Payson Farmers Market will be open only one more day, from 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 9 at Sawmill Crossing. It’s time to get your favorite seasonings, sauces, honey, jellies, salsas, specialty olives and oils and even doggy treats. Purchase fresh cage and hormone-free chicken; fresh-picked fruits, vegetables and on the spot, fresh-roasted chiles. Hummus, tamales, chicken and some of the baked goodies freeze really well. Special order tamales, specialty pies and holiday gift baskets for December delivery or pick-up. There will also be Rim Country artists on hand with unique and beautiful gift items.
