Kennedy evolved into a jewelry artists after growing up with rockhound parents. See the works of these artists, Cockle, Gardner and Palmer, along with 17 other artists at the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino Friday, Oct. 22 through Sunday, Oct. 24. The show opens at 5 p.m., Friday with a reception, which closes at 8 p.m., the exhibit is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
