Payson Masonic Lodge #70, Public Education Committee Chairman Tom Jones, Past Master of Payson Masonic Lodge, presented Dawn Proudfoot, a first-grade teacher at Julia Randall Elementary School, with a $300 check to provide supplementary art and craft supplies for her students.
