Barbara Pool Fenzl, author of three cookbooks and host of the PBS Series Savor the Southwest, which is currently airing on Phoenix PBS Channel Eight, will be in Payson to talk about chiles and sign her cookbooks from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Saturday, May 28 at East West Exchange, 100 N. Tonto St., Suite 102.
