The Payson High boys soccer squad, including Ivan Mares (13), has earned Division IV’s 12th and final seed to the state tournament. The Horns are scheduled to open at 5 p.m. today, Oct. 28, vs. Snowflake on Field 4 at Quail Run Complex in Mesa.
