This image of Horton Creek was shot at a shutter speed of 1/5th of a second and an F-stop of 8, with a zoom lens set at 18 mm. The slow shutter speed blurs the water. This only works if there’s no wind and your dog doesn’t shake himself dry in front of the camera.
