Ocean Helmick was among the members of the Shelby School Girl Scout Troop #397 and the Payson Girl Scout Neighborhood that went caroling at the Good Samaritan Majestic Rim the morning of Saturday, Dec. 1. Following the event, the scouts enjoyed a potluck lunch and Santa then surprised them with a visit.

Where did winter go? There has been no rain or snow in a few months now and according to the weather reports I listened to, the precipitation is not on the horizon.
