This map of Payson shows the address of locations on applications for medical marijuana dispensaries. Blue dots show dispensary sites where applicants want to grow the drug and red dots show dispensaries without the capacity to grow the plant. Only one will likely get a license in the lottery.

Medical marijuana patients could soon fill prescriptions in Payson if the state issues dispensary licenses next month as planned. State rules provide for one dispensary in northern and another in southern Gila County within a year of the Aug. 7 lottery.
