The Rim Country rumbled with the sound of crunching metal as 12 drivers competed for thousands of dollars in prize money in the first ever Trucks Only Demolition Derby at the Mountain High Games on the Payson Event Center grounds. This one event had 1,500 people in attendance. The derby was the climax of the three-day event that drew 368 competitors to ATV Trail Rides and compete in an ATV Rodeo, Mountain Bike Races, a Trail Run, Sawdust Games, Archery contest, Horseshoe Tournament and Dutch Oven Cooking Contest. Making the events possible were great sponsors and outstanding volunteers, said Cameron Davis, director of Payson Parks, Recreatian & Tourism, which presented the games
