Paul Zelez has created a great way to attach and secure an attenna while out in the field; just use a brace attached to your vehicle, some other guide wires and you are ready to broadcast. The 'Field Day' operation is an exercise in setting up communication equipment, contacting as many other radio operators as possible and using alternate power sources; including,solar power, generators, or batteries.
