Frankie “Punkintown” Smith was the specialty entertainment at the 2012 Gary Hardt Memorial Spring Rodeo held May 17-19 at the Payson Event Center. Smith’s 15 years of experience as a rodeo clown was put to good use over the weekend, keeping the crowds laughing and keeping the riders safe.
