This bar, handcrafted by students in Richard Alverez's Payson High School woodshop class, will be among the raffle prizes at the Gila County Pioneers Dinner, open to all Rim residents and visitors, 3 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 29 at the Tonto Apache gym.

The Gila County Pioneer celebration scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 29 in the Tonto Apache gymnasium is sure to be a festive event that pays tribute to those who helped shape Payson and surrounding communities.
