Al Bertrand of Gilbert shows the bass that helped him finish second at the FLW EverStart bass tournament held Feb. 21 to 23 on Roosevelt Lake. For the runner-up finish, Bertrand received $10,467 in prize money. On the second day, Vincent Alcantara of Glendale was the co-angler in Bertrand’s boat.

Payson angler Levi Armstrong leaped into the FLW pro bass tournament standings lead on opening day, Feb. 21, at Roosevelt Lake, but by the third and final day had fallen to ninth overall.
